We currently only ship within NZ, however if you love our products and live outside of NZ, please don't hesitate to contact us to arrange shipping to your location.
Shipping rates within NZ:
$7 flat rate
Your order will be tracked and you will be sent the tracking information via email once sent. We use Fastway Couriers. In most cases you should receive your goods within 2-3 working days.
Rural delivery will be an extra charge of $5
Pricing:
All prices on our website are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST.
Forms of Payment:
We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard and Visa) via Pay Pal or bank deposit.

Returns Policy
At NZ Farm Girl we take great pride in the products that we sell. Every item is inspected prior to shipment to ensure that they are in perfect order. If you are not fully satisfied with your products, please contact us immediately via email at info@nzfarmgirl.nz All returns must be received within 7 days of delivery. The item returned must be in the same condition as it was sent.
Exchanges
In order to avoid issues with sizing, please don't hesitate to contact us if you are unsure.
We are happy to exchange clothing for other sizes subject to availability. You will need to cover postage for the exchanged item. All returns must be received within 7 days of delivery.
Worn, soiled, odorous, or altered items cannot be returned.
